This Agreement is governed by and will be construed under the laws of Cyprus. Any disputesarising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdictionof the Cyprus courts.
6. Modifitactions
The Company may change, add, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time on agoing-forward basis. Continued use of the Website following any such changes will indicate The User’s acknowledgment of such changes and Agreement to be bound by the revised Agreement, inclusive of such changes.This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matterhereof and supersedes all previous writings, negotiations, or understandings with respect here to.
