Privacy Policy Agreement

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") has been developed to govern the collection, use, and storage ofinformation provided by the separate parties ("User" or "Users") involved. In accordance withthis Policy, ApolloTech Studio (the "Company") expressly outlines its commitment to protect andrespect the personal data of its Users.

The Policy is set between the User, who uses the services of ApolloTech Studio, located inSpartis, Pallouriotissa 1040, Cyprus, herein referred to as "the Company" and the User whoavails or accesses any services provided by the Company, herein referred to as "the User".

Personal data refers to information related to an identifiable individual, which may include but isnot limited to name, email address, IP address, and location data. This Policy sets forth theconditions under which Users provide their personal information, and how the Company usesthis personal information.

Users have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal information at their owndiscretion. Non-compliance with or breach of this Policy may result in restricted access to theCompany's services or termination of the services altogether.

There are no payment terms associated with this Privacy Policy alignment, as confirmed by theUser.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus,and any disputes relating to this Policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus.

This Policy will be effective upon acceptance for new Users and is otherwise effective on thedate of publication.
